Emerald Transitions empowers young adults to build lives of confidence, independence, and purpose. Serving individuals ages 14–25, we provide hands-on coaching in life skills, employment readiness, and self-advocacy for those navigating the transition from school to adulthood. Rooted in compassion, expertise, and real-world experience, Emerald Transitions supports families while helping young adults discover their capabilities, strengthen their independence, and step into adulthood prepared and supported.
