Emerald Transitions also offers educational advocacy services for students and families navigating school systems.

Grade School Advocacy (K-12)

  • IEP and 504 Plan review and development

  • Attendance at IEP/504 meetings (virtual or in-person)

  • Ensuring measurable, functional transition goals

  • Collaboration with schools to align goals with real-world outcomes

  • Teaching students self-advocacy skills for meetings

College & Postsecondary Advocacy
